Oikocredit is currently looking for a Capacity Building Officer for Agriculture who is a Filipino national to be based in Quezon City.
The Finance Officer (FO) provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. The FO assists on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to maintenance of accurate financial reporting, budget management and finance planning. The FO ensures that financial policies and direction are set and implemented, while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organization’s overall strategy. The finance officer is responsible for maintaining financial and accounting records in order to meet legal requirements and support the operations.
Education and experience
- Must be a licensed CPA;
- Academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related field
- At least 8 years of senior work experience in accounting/bookkeeping or other key positions in corporate finance;
- Adept at financial analysis
- Computer literate with advanced skills in Excel and Word. Knowledge in PowerPoint is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
